- Property Information: City / service area, lawn size category, service preferences, optional photos you send.
- Scheduling Notes: Gate codes, pet considerations, preferred service windows (only if you provide them).
- Communications: Call, text, or email correspondence related to quotes & service.
- Operational Logs: Basic server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) for security & troubleshooting.
- Analytics (Minimal): Presently no invasive marketing trackers. We may add basic privacy‑respecting visit counts in future (will update if so).

When We Share Data

- Business Transition: If ownership changes, you’ll be notified before material changes.

- Retention only while active customer relationship persists + brief archival window (generally 2 years) unless legal need demands longer.
- Secure deletion or anonymization upon verified deletion request unless retention conflicts with legal obligations.
